
The leaves of coriander, also known as cilantro, are used extensively in both Asian and Mexican cuisine. Coriander contains antioxidants that can relieve skin disorders, it helps digestion, blood pressure and heart health. Our organic coriander is rich in dietary fibres, iron, magnesium and vitamin C and K. With a very strong smell and citrus-like flavour, it is better used raw as heat can diminish its flavour.
