Organic Pak Choy
Pak Choy is a member of the Brassica cabbage family. The texture of both leaves and stalks is crisp and the flavour is somewhere between mild cabbage and spinach. Characterized by anti-cancer properties, our organic Pak Choy promotes bone and heart health. Pak Choy is also rich in folate, calcium, and vitamins A, B, C, and K. If very young, it can be eaten raw in salads but is best when briefly cooked.
