Organic Red Cabbage
Our organic red cabbage belongs to the brassica group of vegetables and has firmly packed dark red-purple leaves. It is associated with many health benefits such as increased bone mineral density, protection against certain cancers, and inflammation. It represents a good source of fiber, potassium, and vitamins A, C, K, and B6. Red cabbage can be particularly versatile as it can be served in festive spiced side dishes as well as flavourful stir-fries or satisfying packed lunches.
