Organic Daikon Radish
Organic daikon radish is a root vegetable with a pungent flavour towards the end and a milder taste close to the roots. Being a good source of calcium, it helps promote healthy bone growth and thereby lowers the risk of osteoporosis, moreover, it can help eliminate toxins from the body and reduce the risk of cancer. Daikon also contains a big quantity of vitamin C and can be eaten both raw and cooked.
