Oyster Mushroom Steak
1 oyster mushroom, sliced to make 4 steaks
2 tomatoes sliced
A few garlic cloves, minced
Parsley, oregano or your favorite herbs
Salt and pepper
1 spoon tamari sauce
Place garlic and vegetable oil in a saucepan and heat at medium-high fire for a minute or two. Add steaks in the center and tomatoes at the side.
Add salt and pepper, herbs on tomatoes and mushrooms, then add tamari sauce on steaks only. Lower the fire and cook a minute or two both sides of the steaks.
Add some spoon of water and cook thoroughly until your desire point (rare, medium or well done). Check if more water is needed through the process (tomatoes will naturally release water).
