Organic Cinnamon Mele Cotte

Thank you to our dear friend Michela for this wonderful and delicious Christmas recipe!

It's all about choosing the right variety of apple! Organic, of course :)

Ingredients
3 or 4 organic EF apples
3 tbsp raising
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp tahini
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon

Method
Put the raisin in a cup and add a little water to soften them. Add the cinnamon, the honey and the tahini and steer week.

Wash the Apple, keep the skin and slowly with a knife and a little spoon carve them to take out completely their core. Put the Apple in a baker tray with baking paper, fill the apples with the raisin compote and sprinkle it all over.
Pre-heat the oven at 180C and bake them for 30 minutes! Enjoy them warm with you favourite herbal tea or with mullet wine!
