Organic Only Veggie Platter
Getting your daily veggie fix has never been so artsy! 🎨🌿
You can combine pretty much all the veggies that you love, enjoy their natural flavours and get all the good nutrients!
Use a base of Italian Lettuce as your GREEN canva. Here's our director Martina take on it 😉

- Sweet corn
- Oyster Mushrooms
- Italian Lettuce
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried oregano or mixed herbs of preference
- sea salt, cayenne pepper
Lay on a platter Italian lettuce leaf and
put together steamed or boiled Sweet Corn, Beetroot and sautee Oyster Mushroom. Put aside.
Prepare your only Veggie Patties: steam potatoes. broccoli and carrots until tender. Let them cool and then proceed to grate them in a bowl. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350F.
Drain any excess liquid. Add spices and salt. Mix all together. Take a small spoon and start forming balls and flat them to get your desired patties shape. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping half way.
Combine all your awesome veggine into a platter. Enjoy!
